This short course in pen and ink techniques will touch on the fundamentals of drawing with a dip pen.
Mike Sleadd began ink drawing as an illustrator and designer in 1973 after graduating from Georgetown College with a major in studio art. He received my MFA from MU in 1994 in drawing and printmaking. He taught graphic design, drawing and printmaking for over forty years, retiring from Columbia College as Professor Emeritus in 2023.
All art supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring any tools you enjoy using.
