Braiden Wade

 Braiden Wade is a film and digital photographer from St. Louis, Missouri who not only does portraiture and event photography, but uses his photography in his paintings. While new to the painting world, he explores it with as much creativity, vision, and love that he has for photography. Braiden’s photography focuses on editorial styled photoshoots and vibrant event scenes to capture the essence of a moment with the canvas being a summarized version of it. Inspired by artists such as Ernie Barnes, Annie Lee, music/musicians and nature, he  aims to create work that captures the highs and lows of the human emotion and the stories that follow. Wanting freeze moments in time, Braiden aims to be a story teller, whether its through more documentary styled editorial shoots like his Black Boys and Their Flowers series or something more creative like his “Braidavesary” project. “Stories lead to inspiration and give voice to those who normally don’t have the platform or chance to do so. I’m fortunate enough to help develop them.”
